Shipping
We use FedEx ground
or FedEx Saver to deliver our products to our customers. We do not
deliver to PO Box addresses
Shipping is FREE
for all destinations in continental USA, a flat rate of $15 (USD)
for all CANADIAN destinations and a Flat
rate of $20.00 (USD) for all destinations in the UK
All orders are
processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
You would receive an
email within 2 hours (it should take only a few minutes) confirming your order. That email is your receipt
and invoice and is needed in the event of a refund. The order
number on your email is needed for tracking your order on our website,
and/or from procuring an RMA number in the event of a refund.
Goods would be shipped
from any of our three warehouses, depending on destination and/or availability
of item.

delivery warehouse in each of the following zip codes:
90021 - Los
Angeles, CA, USA.
90023 - Los
Angeles, CA, USA.
Once the package is
shipped a tracking will be posted on our website.
The delivery time
depends on the shipping method selected and your destination. Please
refer to FedEx time in transit information.
Terms
For shipping damage,
customer should claim to their carrier immediately
Any missing or wrong
item should be reported to Digital MP3 World.com within 24 hours of
receipt.
Because of the nature
on the internet online ordering, your purchase form Digital MP3
World.com acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and
conditions.
- Digital MP3 World.com
is not responsible for typographical errors or the displayed item's
images.
Warranty
All items come with a
warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of three
months to one year from the date of your purchase, depending on the
manufacturer.
This warranty covers
replacement or repair of the product with the same product.
Products damaged due to
improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty
coverage. There is no charge for repairing products covered by warranty
apart from shipping costs.
We recommend that
product returned by post be sent by FedEx/USPS with insurance or other
insured postal services. Digital MP3 World.com accepts no responsibility
for loss or damage occurring in transit during the return of goods.
RETURN POLICY
Customer may return any
product purchased from Digital MP3 World.com within thirty (30) days of
delivery of the order. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which
exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according
to their instructions.
Customer may request a
replacement product otherwise company credit will be issued. 20%
restocking fee applied to your return. Shipping cost is non refundable.
Items with
manufacturer's defects:
- Please return the
defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement.
- Items returned as
defective that are found to not be defective will incur a 20%
restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest
contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for
support prior to requesting a return authorization.
- Refunds will not be
issued if a return is made without an RMA number.
- All refunds must be
made to the Warehouse/Manufacturer as indicated in the RMA
How to return an item:

to notify a defective item and request for an #RMA number. Please,
allow 48 hours to respond to your email.
- Please have your
order number available.
- When you return the
item please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation
email, write your RMA number on it and provide a return reason.
- Returns must be in
like new condition.
- Returns will not be
accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals and
accessories.
- All returns must be
received by Digital MP3 World.com within 14 days from the RMA
number issuing date.
- Refunds will not be
issued if a return is made without an RMA number or after 14 days of
delivery of the order.
- Shipping charges are
not refundable.
*** Please note that all returns that will be shipped without
a valid RMA number will be refused and package will go back to the
sender.
- We recommend returns
be made via FedEx insured freight only.
- Digital MP3
World.com accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in
return transit. Please, allow up to 5 business days to process your
returns.
- You are responsible
for all freight charges.
