Fujifilm Finepix F700
The Fuji Finepix F700 was one of the first digital cameras released by Fuji
to use their new SuperCCD SR sensor. This means that because of the way the
onboard chip was designed, even though it is a three mega-pixel chip, in certain
settings it can provide almost as much resolution as a six mega-pixel chip. The
Fuji Finepix F700 is an excellent combination of power, functionality and style.
A Versatile Choice--The Fuji Finepix F700
Taking its cue from the popular line of compact cameras created by Olympus, the
Fuji Finepix F700 has a sleek yet rugged silver metal exterior. The lens
retracts into the camera body and is protected by a metal built-in lens cover.
Nevertheless, the camera remains quite light and is small enough to fit in one
hand.
Like a number of its counterparts, the Fuji Finepix F700 is also capable of
recording short video snippets. These are saved in the popular AVI format for
playback on your computer, television or the built-in LCD screen. As opposed to
other models that offer choppy video, the Fuji Finepix F700 can record video in
a full 30 frames per second (typical standard TV quality).
When the Fuji Finepix F700 was first released, the camera was considered a
little pricey considering the range it was competing against. Fortunately, the
price of this model has significantly dropped. At Digital & MP3 World, we
are proud to offer some of the lowest available online prices on all of our
digital camera products. Ordering can be done directly via our website and
shipping is always included in our listed prices
