The Nikon Coolpix 5700 is one of the best cameras to come along for some time. Visually, the 5700 is very appealing. It incorporates a sleek, sophisticated design and has a classic look to it. Camera buffs will fall in love with Nikon's new product.

As far as picture quality goes, it will be tough to beat this camera. The Coolpix 5700 is a five megapixel camera, yielding incredibly detailed and life-like photos. It can capture the color and texture of a scene in incredible detail so you can relive those special moments over and over again. Its eight times zoom capability means that you can take great pictures from a substantial distance.

One of my favorite things about the 5700 is its advanced view finder. It has an electronic view finder, and is one of the only Nikon digitals that offers this feature. It makes setting up your photos easier and will result in better pictures.

The 5700 has many more features, too many to list here. Some of the others that I have not yet mentioned are variable shutter speeds from up to eight seconds down to 1/4000 of a second.
